Rope Workshops with Zed Cézard

(Re)visiting rope fundamentals: Understanding and enhancing skills & style

This workshop series aims to improve technical and artistic skills on the rope by focusing on rope fundamentals and helping students better understand their own body, abilities and style on the apparatus.

Each workshop (re)visits different fundamental rope techniques (pelvis placement, tempo, support and plank, clefs, etc.) and will be linked to training and strength-building techniques to optimize students' progress on the rope.  Students are encouraged to sign up for the full series but are also welcome to drop in to a single workshop as well.

Welcome to The Hive SF!
