Floor Classes
Stretching and Flexibility

In this class, we will work on improving your flexibility from head to toe using a combination of active flexibility drills and passive stretching techniques. Emphasis will be placed on splits and shoulder/black flexibility. Class will begin with a light warm up and conclude with light conditioning to encourage general strength and stability.
Modifications for skills learned in class be provided at any time.
Prerequisites: None. This class is for anyone looking to gain more flexibility in their body.
Handstands

In this class, you will learn the building blocks of doing a proper circus-style handstand.
We will strengthen the shoulders, wrists, and forearms while learning proper alignment and engagement to keep you safe and in control of your body. We will also explore creative entrances, exits, and shapes in your handstand using the wall and each other as spotters.
Prerequisites:
None, however you will get more out of the class if you are comfortable kicking up to a handstand against a wall.
