This is a slower-paced class that will help you release tension while improving your strength and flexibility. This is a great class to help you get focused before you start your day or to unwind after work.

    This class is for everyone, especially if you are new to yoga.

Candlelight Yin Yoga

  • End your weekend on the right note with Candlelight Yin Yoga. This class will focus on floor poses with plenty of props and accommodations to help you find a deep level of relaxation.
